I really don’t find it hard to believe that my days are getting shorter, some say it’s because I’m getting up earlier but I’ve always been an early bird, I just wonder now why they feel shorter.
It took me a good minute to realize that it wasn’t true. It’s just the perception of things now a days. Everyone gets up now and seem like their in a hurry, I just wondered why all the outside noise still has not bugged me.
Since before the worldwide pandemic I had already been quarantine-ing because of my baby, I started reading more and getting more into home-y things, like cleaning, organizing and cooking.
Then I realized oh my god I’m freaking nesting, it’s such a beautiful phase the womanhood or motherhood whatever you want to call it—But thing is waking up early has never been a problem, I’ve done it since I can remember, before I did it for fun now I do it for pleasure and gratitude. Kinda funny isn’t.
Every Morning, well majority of the mornings I make breakfast, this time I made an easy breakfast and I thought I’d share it, like I’ve done with other past recipes.
You’ll need an egg or two, 1/2 a green Chile Serrano, 1/2 avocados and something to spread and chop.
Boil your egg for about 3-5 minutes, let it sit once it’s done, crack that sucker open, peel off the shell, cut it into circles, set it to the side. Chop the Chile Serrano into tiny tiney winney little pieces, set it to the side, cut 2-3 slices of avocados spread it on your toast, add the circled chopped, already boiled eggs on top then sprinkle the Chile Serrano on top, do make sure you know what you are getting yourself into, you might end up with a super spicy toast BUT Whala! You’ve made breakfast.
There’s an alternative of course, for those who aren’t about the spicy life. Instead of the spicy spice, add your favorite honey on top and if you’re not a big boiled egg eater like I was you’ll notice this will satisfy your appetite and give you an entire new perceptive on boiled eggs.
Add some fruits on the side, guava, peaches, apples or bananas, or that left over white rice from last nights dinner, and if not cook up some delicious brown rice but get creative with your side, add some other veggies and if you enjoyed this small dish don’t forget to subscribe to the blog to get updated and find more easy home-made recipes for you and your friends.
thank you,
