Raspberry Lush Smoothie

If you’re new to my page, hello welcome, I want to cordially invite you and just tell you thanks for continuing to reading this raspberry lush smoothie recipe and all other nutritious quick meals.


First you’ll be needing some berries, in this case raspberries, you’ll need at least 1 cup full, the milk is optional, in replace of it you can add coconut water or milk of your choice.

1 banana ( frozen if possible) if not just add ice at the end.


5 strawberry’s ( frozen if possible) )
