Organic Creamy Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

Boil pasta first. 12 oz with salted water or follow instructions from the box or bag of pasta you may be using. Set them aside when done.
1 lb. of sliced mushrooms
Parsley
3 1/2 cups of Half and half ( trust me this is what makes the sauce so creamy and good, organically, no need for a store jar with chemicals.)
a 1/2 fine onion diced
2 pieces of Garlic diced
2 lbs. of chicken breast, cut into strips seasoned into our salt and pepper.
Have a deep pan ready to add in all these together, lately I’ve been using rosemary oil but you’re free to use which ever one you have in your kitchen.
2 table spoons of oil, medium high level
Add the mushroom once the onion and garlic are both yellow-brown for 5-7 minutes
Once its soft add the chicken, the pasta you have had on the side, add the 3 1/2 cups of half and half, 1 cup of Parmesan cheese add 1/2 of parsley, mix it all together, dont make a mess leave for 10 minutes and Wahla! You’re done, you can always go back and add more salt, pepper, parsley or Parmesan cheese to your taste. And as a side dish you can always cut up some sour dough bread add butter and garlic and you have yourself some garlic bread with your creamy Chicken Fehttuchini Organic Natrual sauce dish!
