Banana and Berries Oats

1/3 of oats

1/2 of chia seeds

1/2 flaxseeds

1/2 of fiber style oats ( any will do but the more nutritious choice the better)

1/2 of raw honey

1/2 of a banana

A handful of blueberries


Add warm water onto top mixed with 1/2 of Almond milk or coconut water (optional)

Begin mixing it all together and enjoy! :)



This is how it should be set up before adding the warm water and milk of your taste.
